How do I shop at www.GetAbhi.com / How do I place an order on GetAbhi.com?

Shopping on GetAbhi is very easy. You just need to add a product in your card and checkout selecting any payment option. We will send you an order confirmation mail and keep you updated with the delivery status.

 

You need to have a valid Credit/Debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or have a Net Banking Account with one of the banks enabled on our payment gateway. You can also choose Cash on Delivery option if we provide this service in your area.

 

Is it safe to order products on GetAbhi using my Debit/Credit card?

It is absolutely safe to order with us using your credit/debit card as we do not store your personal data, except your shipping address and phone number for our reference.

 

You do not need to worry about your credit/debit card information at all because your bank will authorize the credit/debit card transaction directly without any information passing through us.

 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you place an order and make payment, we confirm the receipt of your order and begin processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.

 

Is it possible to check the current status of my orders?

Yes, of course! You need to login your GetAbhi account, click on “Track Your Order” and enter your AWB No. You will be able to see the current status of your shipment. You can review the status of your orders and other related information in your account page 'Your Name' near ‘Cart’.

 

In your account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders.

 

Is it mandatory to verify some information after ordering?

Yes, you must verify your order after purchase to avoid any confusion or misplacement.

 

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within next 2 hours after booking. To cancel, you must have your order number and inform us via mail or call.

 

How do I understand which size will fit for me? Do you have any size charts?

The sizes/fittings of our all brands are in such a way that a person can easily wear according to their size with very good fitting and will be pleased with it. To help you on this better, we are giving you the classification of brand SIERA. Our almost all brands are according to below:

Can I visit and buy product from your office?

You are most welcome to visit us at our office. As this is an online shopping portal we do not have products displayed in our office to sell directly from here. You may place your order through the website GetAbi.com or can even call us if you have any difficulty to buy online.

 

What happens if I am out of home when you deliver?

Our shipping company will leave a message and attempt again. We urge you to plan and coordinate the purchase in a manner that someone is available to accept the shipment at the provided delivery address.

 

Is there any record of my order number? Where do I find it?

The order number is sent to you on your registered email address once the payment is completed and confirmed. Also, to locate your order number you can go to the Order History in your account.

 

What is the average delivery time?

Delivery time varies with each product and delivery location. Once we receive your order we make all attempts to deliver within the committed time. Generally all Delhi deliveries are completed within 2-4 working days post shipment and outside Delhi deliveries are completed within 3-5 working days post shipment. However, it might take longer than expected in some far to reach areas, due to poor logistics connectivity.

 

Can you arrange delivery for my order late in the evening?

Sorry, we only deliver during business hours, Monday to Saturday.

If I am not satisfied with the quality of product I received. What should I do?

Don’t worry! If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, you must report or contact us within 7 days from the date of products delivered to you. The product(s) must be in new condition, with original tags attached. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered in any way. You can either get that product replaced by buying another product or you can ask us to refund you the money of returned product(s). You can make a request either by mail to helpdesk@GetAbhi.com or call on 011-4508 0008. You can either buy another product or can request us to refund your money.

 

When I bought an item and it does not fit my size then can I change it?

Absolutely!! You can get the size exchanged anytime whilst sitting at home. You must report or contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will process and get it done within next 7 working days. However, it is subject to availability of sizes or colors or products at that time.

 

If I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will he/she receive the price tags and invoice?

No! Gift packaging slip / invoice / tags would not include any pricing, discount or payment information. Moreover, we will put paste name chit of your loved one on your behalf.

 

If there are multiple products in an order, can I gift wrap them separately?

No, all products in the same order for which gifting option is available will be gift wrapped together.

 

Are gift wrap charges refundable?

No, the gift wrap charges are not refundable.

 

Do you charge sales tax/VAT on any item?

GetAhi.com, is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped by us. The appropriate charges are already included in the prices of our products so we do not charge you any extra charges. You are only to pay the prices displayed on our website.

 

Do you sell factory seconds?

Never! We only buy first-quality. All of our merchandise comes directly to us from the manufacturers or one of their authorized dealers. We stand behind all of our merchandise, so please contact us in the event you feel something you received has a manufacturer's defect.

 

Do you have a catalog?

GetAbhi.com has a 'virtual' catalog online for its all products. We do not have a physical catalog.
